About Me
I first started picture framing in 1984 working for a prestigious and highly respected framing company in London. I was given a very thorough training in all aspects of the art and techniques of picture framing before working my way up to becoming the workshop manager after four years.
I moved to Bristol in 1991 where I studied for the Diploma in Social Work. I worked as a social worker for some years in the fields of mental health and homelessness, before taking time out as a carer following the birth of our first child.
Wishing to head in a more creative direction I returned to picture framing, setting up Creative Edge from my home based workshop in 2004.
